Robinsons Malls and DOLE Bring Thousands of Job Opportunities Closer to Communities Nationwide This Labor Day
Robinsons Malls is once again leading the way in promoting economic empowerment and community development through its expansive Nationwide Job Fair Initiative. In strong partnership with the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) and the Public Employment Service Office (PESO) of various local government units, this initiative connects thousands of job seekers with employment opportunities across both the private and public sectors, creating meaningful pathways to career growth and financial stability.

Building on the success of 2024—where over 120 job fairs were held across 47 Robinsons Malls, attracting more than 51,000 applicants and resulting in over 5,000 hires on the spot (HOTS)—Robinsons Malls plans to further expand the initiative in 2025. With over 170 job fairs scheduled this year, the program will have an even greater reach, solidifying Robinsons Malls as one of the country’s largest enablers of private-sector employment.

Robinsons Malls connects talents with opportunities this Labor Day
After the success of last year’s collaboration with over 3,000 companies and partners, Robinsons Malls is targeting a broader industry engagement in 2025. The job fairs will offer opportunities across a wide range of sectors, including retail, services, agriculture, manufacturing, and public services. Employers will benefit from direct access to a diverse, qualified talent pool, helping accelerate recruitment and workforce expansion.
