2. Promo may be redeemed on any day of the birthday month of the celebrant and for one-time use only.

3. A customer shall be entitled to one (1) FREE ENTRANCE with two (2) paying guests at PlayLab Robinsons Galleria Ortigas. Birthday celebrants must present a valid government ID (with photos and birthday details) to avail the offer.

4. Offer is non-transferable. Presence of the birthday celebrant is required to redeem the promo. Redemption via an authorized representative will not be accommodated.

5. The free entrance to be given to the celebrant is equivalent to the number of paid hours per companion/customer. Ex. 2 paying guests will play for 4 hours. Birthday celebrants will also get 4 hours of play time.

6. Promo is not valid during special & private events or bookings and in conjunction with other PlayLab promos and government-mandated discounts.
