Over at Opus Mall in Bridgetowne, Sogeum by Soban opens its first Philippine branch, introducing a modern twist to Korean dining. Created by the award-winning restaurateur Mr. Sung Rah and the Happyfoods Group, the concept reimagines traditional Korean flavors through its standout dishes like the Mul Galbi Set, grilled Toshisal, and Bossam. Azela by Balay Dako, the newest concept from The Antonio’s Group of Restaurants, serves heartwarming Filipino and Ilonggo cuisine like Kansi, Lechon Kawali, and the iconic Bulalo na Baka. Designed to evoke the warmth of Filipino gatherings, the restaurant offers a nostalgic yet refined atmosphere.
