Robinsons Land Corporation’s (RLC) Robinsons Malls strengthens its role as a convenient hub for government services with the official inauguration of the new Social Security System (SSS) branch at Robinsons Sta. Rosa last July 11, 2025. The new SSS branch is expected to serve almost 1, 500 walk-in members daily and process more than 7,000 transactions every day, primarily catering to residents of Sta. Rosa and the nearby cities of Cabuyao, Calamba, Biñan, San Pedro, and Carmona. 

The inauguration ceremony was led by SSS President and CEO Robert Joseph M. De Claro, alongside top SSS executives and local government leaders represented by Sta. Rosa Mayor Arlene B. Arcillas and Laguna Vice Governor Atty. JM Carait III.  Representing Robinsons Land Corporation were Vice President for Operations and Marketing Joel Lumanlan and External Affairs Director Irving Wu.

The SSS Sta. Rosa branch offers a full range of frontline services including SS Number issuance, web registration and password resetting, benefit claims filing, loans application and verification, member data change requests, Pensioners’ Annual Confirmation of Pensioners (ACOP) compliance, PRN generation and Disbursement Account Enrollment Module (DAEM), and employer services.  

The Lingkod Pinoy Center at Robinsons Sta. Rosa offers Filipinos a convenient one-stop shop for government services. With various agencies like Philhealth, Pag-IBIG, LTO, PHLPOST, PRC, and GSIS already on-site, the addition of the new SSS office enhances its role as a convenient and safe hub for important everyday transactions.
