ROBINSONS GALLERIA TABLE TENNIS TOURNAMENT MECHANICS

WHO CAN JOIN:

  • Open to all. Each participant may only have one (1) entry, and must not have any current official table tennis ranking (local or international).
  • If participants are under 18 years of age, the player must have parental consent and it must be signed by the guardian or parent.

QUALIFICATIONS & REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS

  • To join the tournament, participants must register via the RMalls+ App and must present a valid receipt minimum of P2,000 from any Robinsons Galleria store. Registration is open from August 4, 2025, and will close on different dates per age bracket (see table below).

  • Receipts from any supermarket, any appliances store, utilities/bills payment(water, electricity, cable TV, mobile phone, internet connection, etc.), automatic cellphone load, travel agencies, real estate companies, insurance companies, banks and direct selling stores are disqualified.

REGISTRATION PROCESS

  • Registration will be done through the RMalls+ App, through the following steps:
  • Download & register to the RMalls+ App
  • Tap “RDeals” voucher
  • Select “Robinsons Galleria Table Tennis Tournament” promo tile.
  • Customers must input all the required information, select what bracket they would participate in and upload a valid single receipt with a minimum purchase of ₱2,000 from any Robinsons Galleria store.
  • Review and confirm your details.
  • Once registration is successful, a reference code and confirmation email will be sent. Take a screenshot of the reference code – this serves as your entry pass to the tournament.

PLAYER SELECTION & GROUPING

  • Registered players will be assigned to groups based on the age bracket they applied in during the registration process.
  • All confirmed players will enter the Elimination Round (Group Stage) as outlined in the Tournament Format.
  • Groupings and brackets will be pre-determined and announced 2 days before the event via the registered email.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS

  • On the tournament day, players must present A screenshot or email of the confirmation email/reference code with the original receipt used for registration.
  • Players must wear appropriate sports attire.
  • Players must arrive at least 30 minutes before their scheduled match or risk forfeiture.
  • Bring your own paddles; tournament balls will be provided.
  • Employees of Robinsons Malls, its affiliates, partner agencies, and their relatives up to the second degree are NOT eligible to join.
  • Players who falsify receipts or identities will be automatically disqualified.

PRIZES & TAKEAWAYS

  • Prizes will be awarded to top-performing players based on tournament results:
  • Champion – Medal + Gift Certificates totaling to P4,500
  • 1st Runner-Up – Medal + Gift Certificates totaling to P3,000.
  • 2nd Runners-Up (2 players) – Medal + Gift Certificates totaling to P1,000 each.

Note: The same prize structure will apply across all age group brackets.
