Better Journeys Begin at Robinsons Sta. Rosa with UBE Express’ First Passenger Lounge in the Country
Laguna’s hardworking labor force and Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) now have a more convenient and comfortable way to travel to the airport, thanks to the opening of UBE Express’ first-ever Passenger Lounge at Robinsons Sta. Rosa.

A collaboration among Robinsons Malls, UBE Express, the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB), and the City of Sta. Rosa, this new facility offers a secure and relaxing waiting area for passengers heading to Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) terminals. Conveniently located within the mall’s carpark area, the lounge provides travelers easy access to shopping, dining, and other travel essentials, making it the ideal pre-flight stop for OFWs—our modern-day heroes—and other passengers.

The Robinsons Sta. Rosa UBE Express Passenger Lounge is the first of its kind, strategically built to cater to the growing number of passengers from Laguna and surrounding provinces. Additionally, the location is being prepared as a future hub for expanded routes to and from Lucena (Quezon) and Lipa (Batangas), further enhancing airport access for even more Filipinos in the region.

The fully air-conditioned lounge accommodates up to 40 UBE Express passengers and is open daily from 4 a.m. to 10 p.m. It features Wi-Fi, phone charging stations, and comfortable seating in a safe and convenient environment.

From Robinsons Sta. Rosa, UBE Express operates 16 daily trips to NAIA Terminals 1, 2, and 3, starting at 5 a.m., with 16 return trips from NAIA Terminal 3 starting at 3:30 a.m. This makes for a total of 32 trips each day. Passengers can enjoy a direct, non-stop ride aboard 12-meter low-floor buses, which prioritize comfort and accessibility with ample legroom and seating for 35 passengers. The journey takes approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes, with each ride priced at ₱300. Senior citizens, PWDs, and students enjoy a 20% discount.
