3. Customers may enjoy the following PlayLab promo offers during the promo period:

A. Shop & Dine Perk

• Get FREE one (1) hour PlayLab access for one (1) child with a minimum single-receipt purchase of ₱1,000 from any participating mall stores or restaurants.
• The accompanying companion shall pay the regular PlayLab admission fee.
• Valid for walk-in transactions only.
• Not valid for special events, field trips, group bookings, private functions, or birthday party packages.
• The purchase receipt is valid only in the mall where the transaction was made.

B. Student Perk

• Buy One (1), Get One (1) FREE PlayLab admission.
• Customer must present a valid Student ID upon redemption.
• Valid for walk-in transactions only.
• Not valid for special events, field trips, group bookings, private functions, or birthday party packages.

C. Birthday Blowout

• Birthday celebrant is entitled to the birthday promo (30 minutes Free Access) upon presentation of one (1) valid government-issued ID or school ID indicating the birth date.
• Valid only during the celebrant’s birth month.
• Valid for walk-in transactions only.
• Not valid for special events, field trips, group bookings, private functions, or birthday party packages.

4. Splitting of receipts or transactions to qualify for the promo is strictly prohibited.

5. Advance purchases, advance bookings, and reservations are not allowed. Promo may only be redeemed through on-site transactions during the promo period.

6. The promo is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other product or service.

8. PlayLab reserves the right not to award the offer in cases of proven fraud, abuse, or exploitation of the promo mechanics.
